Sticky Date Pudding

It's not too late to add a Saltbush Sticky Date to your order! And won't you be glad you did! Oozing with flavour, it's the perfect combo of sweet and spongey and is the perfect way to end a beautiful family meal.

Instructions: Heat pudding in a moderate oven until warmed in the centre. Sauce can be heated in a pot or microwave and then poured over pudding and add ice cream. Or, portion pudding and sauce into plate and heat in microwave…. then add ice cream.

Serving Suggestion: With a dollop of cream or scoop of vanilla bean ice cream. It would be rude not to.
