Q: How big are your meals?

A: 

Small = made for 2 adults

Medium = made for 4 adults

Large = made for 6 adults

 

Q: Do you cater for more than 6 people?

A: Happy to accommodate where we can. Just shoot us an email with your requirements and to receive a quote.

 

Q: Where do you deliver?

A: We deliver to Port Stephens, Newcastle, Maitland

 

Q: How much is delivery?

A: Delivery within Port Stephens is free for all orders over $50 and $10 for all orders under $50. Outside of Port Stephens delivery is $30.

 

Q: When do you deliver?

A: Delivery takes place 5 days from when you place your order.

 

Q: Can I get my order sooner?

A: Once you place your order, pop a note in the comment section of your preferred delivery date and we will see what we can do. Sometimes it's just one of us in the kitchen so pending other orders or deliveries, we may not be able to accommodate everyone, every time. 

 

Q: Do you cater to dietary requirements?

A: We can provide Gluten Free and Dairy Free options where possible... Please look out for GF & DF on the item description.

 

Q: Are the meals fresh or frozen?

A: Both! Most of our meals will come freshly made the day before. If any meal will come frozen it will be mentioned in the meal description.

 

Q: Is there a minimum order?

A: Nope, you can order as little or as much as you like.

 

Q: Do you do gift vouchers?

A: We sure do! You pick the amount and we'll email the voucher to you.
