House Smoked Salmon Cakes

We've taken the old school salmon patties to a whole new level. No tinned fish here though, all fresh fish, house smoked and perfectly browned off in the pan.

Instructions: Re-heat in the microwave to serve warm (although we have been known to snack on these cold straight from the fridge).

Servings Suggestions: Steamed veg, fried rice, or part of a feast - you choose.

Ingredients: fresh salmon, corn, shallots, potato, parsley, dill, bay and chives
